IMBA Committee meets the Minister of International Trade and Industry (MITI)

​On August 29th a delegation of IMBA Committee Members has met Dato' Sri Mustapa bin Mohamed, Minister of MITI. The Embassy of Italy's Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission, Ms. Silvia Marrara, was also present.
During the meeting IMBA's recent developments were discussed, including its growing Members' base, as well as issues and opportunities faced by IMBA Members.
The Minister acknowledged the recent growth of IMBA and expressed interest in getting to know more about all Italian business operating in Malaysia to provide support, when and where needed. Last, he offered to establish a platform for a continuous and systematic dialogue with the ultimate goal of supporting the Italian business community in Malaysia.
